The Operator's License
This isn't fine print. It's the operational protocol for using Digavo. Read it to understand the boundaries, your rights, and our commitments. Skipping it is a blind playthrough—we recommend inspecting the map first.
Official Protocol v2.6
By accessing or using the Digavo service at digavo.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or website. These terms are a living document, updated to reflect changes in our technology and the gaming landscape.
1 License Grant & User Conduct
Digavo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Digavo application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license is tied to your user account and cannot be shared, sold, or rented.
You agree not to use Digavo to:
- • Cheat, automate gameplay, or gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer environments. Digavo is a performance tool, not a cheat engine. Any attempt to circumvent game anti-cheat systems is a violation of this agreement.
- • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. The underlying algorithms are proprietary.
- • Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
2 Data Processing & Privacy
Your privacy is a critical component of your gaming experience. By using Digavo, you consent to the collection and processing of specific telemetry data necessary for functionality. This includes, but is not limited to:
- • Hardware specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, display) for optimization profiling.
- • Performance metrics (FPS, latency, network jitter) to improve the service.
- • General app usage patterns to identify UI/UX improvements.
We do not collect personal files, keystrokes outside of game capture (if enabled), or data unrelated to system performance. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
3 Limitation of Liability
Digavo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to provide a stable and reliable experience, we do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet all your expectations.
Under no circumstances shall Digavo, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, in-game progress, hardware damage from overclocking (if using our recommendations with caution), or game account penalties.
Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Digavo complies with the terms of service of any game you play. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party game developers or anti-cheat services.
Common Setup Pitfalls
Avoid these configuration mistakes to ensure Digavo operates correctly and doesn't conflict with your game's anti-cheat.
Over-Optimization
Applying the most aggressive settings across all games can cause instability. Use per-game profiles.
Ignoring V-Sync
Disabling in-game V-Sync without a proper replacement (like Reflex/Enhanced Sync) can cause severe tearing.
Background Tasks
Streaming software (OBS, Discord screen share) can override digavo's optimizations if not prioritized correctly.
Outdated Drivers
Digavo relies on up-to-date GPU drivers for direct hardware access. Update via manufacturer site, not Windows Update.
